Speaking in everyday life may seem very easy. However, when one of the words that we say to another person offends that person, then the problem will affect our lives.

How can we avoid communicating with others when we communicate with others? The best way is enough to be a listener and if you want to convey income or sentences to that person, say the word sorry before continuing with the sentence you want to say.
